200 VILLAGEWALK
This luxury four story multi-tenant building located at the north end of London houses lease-able spaces ranging in sizes from 1,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet. Integrated Engineering completed the mechanical and electrical engineering design for the base building and also various tenant fit-ups.

GOODLIFE FITNESS HOME OFFICE
This 60,000 square foot two-story office/fitness club is the new Head Office for Goodlife and features state of the art tech mixed with artistic flare. The building is conditioned via the grade mounted fluid cooler and ceiling heat pump units. Natural lighting is used extensively and complimented by LED fixtures artfully arranged to be both useful and interesting at the same time.

START.CA OFFICE
This two story existing space is the new office space for Start.ca. Integrated Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for this space. Millwork furniture was provided with power to suit Start.ca’s furniture layout in the open office areas. An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) was installed for back up measures. Mechanically the existing rooftop units were reused and new systems were provided to complete a proper system that meets the needs of this space.
