ELORA MILL INN, COACH HOUSE, JAMES ROSS HOUSE & GRANARY
The old Elora Mill Inn, was transformed from a deteriorating Inn into a luxurious hotel and restaurant. This four story building had various hotel rooms and meeting rooms on the upper floors and a kitchen/restaurant on the lower levels. Further down the road the old Granary’s exterior front facade was used to build the new Granary which is allocated for more rent-able rooms and conference/meeting areas. Similarly, the existing Coach House and James Ross House were also turned into luxurious rooms to rent. Integrated Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering for all four buildings. ELORA MILL SPA
Integrated Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical engineering for the newest building to this area. This new Spa which is situated right beside the Mill Inn along the river. This building still resembles the historic history of this area but offers a pool, pool deck and many rooms for spa services.
